"Great spot for a getaway close to Toronto. The village is beautiful, especially at night. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The rooms were clean (we had 3 of them), but the flooring felt old, but no major complains. We had fun which is the real indicator here :)"

"We stayed in this hotel overnight so that we could go to the spas the next day. Overall, our room was great, with a beautiful view of the slopes, very clean as well as cozy. The staff was very helpful and kind when checking in and out; they made the process easy. The hotel is located at the bottom of the slopes and a short drive to Collingwood. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Hotel is conveniently located by bus routes for the area. Easy access to get to your location. Breakfast was included that was a bonus. We had experience noisy construction work during our first night at the hotel from 1:30am to 5:00am. "

"Room was as expected, nothing fancy but comfortable. The shower could have a better flow, and the plug in the tub did not work well. The restaurant was understaffed and this became an issue as the two children were hungry and breakfast took about an hour to arrive. The available staff were trying their best. The pool temp was a bit lower then I liked, but the hot tub was perfect. "

"Has hit the most liked of all the hotel of the land . Very helpful and accommodating more so then any I've ever stayed at . I have stayed in many hotels and I am very shocked at how great and easy this hotel makes guest service easy everything is organized so perfectly layed out in their guest book. "My stay was excellent overall, the suite is large and nicely decorated, with amazing access to dining and activities nearby. My only feedback would be that while there is a large beautiful kitchen, there is not a lot in terms of cooking or cleaning s supplies . "
